Charitable Prints works with artists around the world to help raise funds for causes that need the world's attention. Every purchase is made-to-order just for you, and each order financially supports non-profits providing vital aid to those impacted. 

The Charitable Prints team prides itself in providing the highest quality prints, packaged in a way that is both sustainable and highly protective. Our hope is that you love your purchase(s), but if you happen to experience any issues, please contact us - we're happy to help. 

Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of Charitable Prints (a portion of every purchase being donated to one or more nonprofit), we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. 
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Replacement Policy

Charitable Prints will gladly replace any orders that are damaged or lost in-transit.

In order to receive a free replacement for damaged prints, you must provide photo evidence of the damage to both the packaging and the print(s). Charitable Prints will only replace prints that show proof of damage. Once we verify the package was damaged in transit, we will send you free replacement print(s).

In order to receive a free replacement for packages lost in-transit, the tracking information must show that the package never arrived to its destination. Simply reach out to our team to let us know and after we verify the package is lost, we will send you free replacement prints.

Charitable Prints is not responsible for replacing orders that were successfully delivered, but were then stolen or damaged.
